Mount Kisco Child Care Center to Honor Frances and Isidoro Albanese and Curtis Beusman at 8th Annual Feed Me Fresh: An Edible Evening
Mount Kisco, NY – (August 14, 2012) – Mount Kisco Child Care Center (MKCCC) has announced Frances and Isidoro Albanese and Curtis Beusman will be honored at its annual fundraiser, Feed Me Fresh: An Edible Evening. The event will take place at Ivanna Farms in Bedford Corners on Saturday, September 22, 2012 from 7:00p.m. – 11:00p.m.
Frances and Isidoro Albanese are proprietors of Frannie's Goodie Shop and Bellizzi in Mount Kisco and YoArt in Manhattan. As local business owners, Frances and Isidoro have generously contributed to the Northern Westchester community through their family-friendly events and continued donations to local charities. Since opening Frannie's Goodie Shop in 2011, Frances and Isidoro have donated a percentage of the proceeds to a local charity each quarter.
A 55-year resident of Mount Kisco, Curtis Beusman is actively involved in the community. In addition to founding Curtis Instruments, Inc. and the Saw Mill Club — two mainstays in Mount Kisco — Curtis served on the Chappaqua School Board for five years. Since 2002, he has served on MKCCC's Board of Directors. He has provided continuous support through generous contributions to the Center.
"We are so thankful to Frances, Isidoro, and Curtis for their support over the years," said Dottie Jordan, Executive Director, MKCCC. "Feed Me Fresh is an event we look forward to each year and we are delighted to share the opportunity to recognize these admirable friends of the Center."
Feed Me Fresh: An Edible Evening, MKCCC's largest fundraising event, will be held in a circus- sized tent and will feature tastings from a number of the best restaurants and farms in the area.
Guests will enjoy an open bar, live background music, and live and silent auctions. Funds raised at the event will provide scholarship assistance to children enrolled at MKCCC.
