Mt Kisco, NY – (November 7, 2014) – Mount Kisco Child Care Center (MKCCC) is pleased to welcome Steve Mustacchi as Director of Finance and Operations, effective September 15, 2014. In this newly created role, Mr. Mustacchi will work to provide financial insights to help make decisions about formulating and executing business strategy, and develop tools and systems to provide critical financial information and key metrics to the Executive Director, leadership team and Board of Directors. He will also oversee the day-to-day operations of the Center and its vendor relationships.
Steve brings twenty-five years of financial and operational experience to the Center, most of that time having been spent in advertising and communications with The Ogilvy Group, Young & Rubicom Inc, and Ernst & Young LLP. He has also served as a financial counselor to not-for-profit organizations and individuals.
Steve’s passion for advocacy has been expressed through his volunteer work with organizations ranging from NYANA (a leading language program for new immigrants), DOROT (an innovative leader in the fields of aging services and volunteerism), The Dialogue Project, Operation Crossroads Africa, and the NY/NJ Trail Conference.

A graduate of New York University, Steve is a native of the Metropolitan NY area and the Hudson Valley. He has also lived in the UK and Singapore, and has enjoyed extensive travel. Steve currently lives in Tarrytown where he serves as a Lieutenant for the Tarrytown Volunteer Fire Department.
